New Silk Road Model Management (simplified Chinese: 新丝路; traditional Chinese: 新絲路; pinyin: Xīnsīlù) is a modeling agency founded in China, in 1992. Its contest - the New Silk Road Model Look - is considered as one of China's most famous modeling contest.

The first competition of the NSR Model Look China contest (simplified Chinese: 新丝路中国模特大赛; traditional Chinese: 新絲路中國模特大賽; pinyin: Xīnsīlù Zhōngguó mótè dàsài) was held in Guangzhou in Novembre 1989.
