On Sunday astonished journalists gathered in Linlou, a village near Lushan, in the Henan province to meet the venerable Zhang Ruifang. It was said that a mysterious horn had grown on her head.

At the age of 101 years and mother of 7 children, Zhang watched the horn slowly grow, without pain, until it's 6cm length today.

Friday (March 12th) a dermatologist from the First People's Hospital of Henan was dispatched to solve the mystery. His verdict is definite, it results from a classic malformation of the skin that clusters together to form a horn. The dematologist did advise the removal of the horn to avoid any future complications.
