Samantha Chin, 17 won the 51th title of Miss Chinese Seattle on Wednesday, June 20 and will represent the city at represent Seattle at Miss Chinese International 2008. The First Princess and Miss Photogenic, Ni Jiang will represent the city at Miss Chinese International 2009.
