Kelly Tham Kar Lai, 22, won the Malaysia Miss Chinese International Pageant 2008 in Genting Highlands Saturday and will represent the Kuala Lumpur at the Miss Chinese International 2009 pageant next year in Foshan, China. The runners-up are Lyn Lim and Linaa Lim.
