Stacy Wang, 20, has won the third Miss Chinese Cosmos Pageant of the Americas on Saturday August 22, 2009 at the Venetian Hotel in Las Vegas. She will represent the Americas to compete in the 2009 Miss Chinese Cosmos Pageant final in Macau this October.
