Bai Lu, a 21-year-old Shenzhen university student, won the 4th annual Miss Pearl River pageant on Saturday September 19, 2009 in Foshan and will represent the city at the Miss Chinese International 2010 pageant next year. The Runners-up are Shi Hao and Zhang Linyan.
