I'm Native American Indian. What do you want to know?

Hello. My name Dean.
I'm from the north west territory of the United States of America. As far as I know my Tribe has been here for about 35,000 years. ( In The USA )(I hope that China keeps that in mind in the not so distant future )
What I was hopping to achieve here was a dialogue with other like minded individuals that can let me known what the situation is like there so that my tribe has a better understanding of what needs to be done here to secure our future. Along with a normal dialog that doesn't promote hate but the facts. I have a sincere desire to promote my tribes culture that you your self might find interesting.
My tribe has a lot to offer if YOU want to hear it.
If you do respond to this post keep in mind that its a place of gathering. Not separating. My name is RougeCoyote of the Umpqua Nation, Cow creek Band. I hail from the Rainville clan Son of Robert Davis.
You can contact me at rougecoyote@hotmail.com or right here at this site. I truly look forward to talking to you.

Sorry i'm not Chinese, i'm actually from Vancouver, Canada. Very close to your tribe. Hope you can find some good Chinese to exchange information with, always interesting learning the Native American's history!

China's a great place, has it's ups and it's downs but mostly it's a place like every other place, good and bad people and a long history, though not so long as 35,000 years, at least not recorded or remembered.

Archaeological sites found in Shanxi Province showed that Chinese civilisation used fire and stone tools some 1.3 million years ago.

There was no such thing as Chinese civilization 1.3 million years ago. What you meant to say was that humans used stone and fire 1.3 million years ago.

It's way more important to focus of passing down the essense of your culture, whether it's 6000 or 100 years old, to the next generation.

Maybe I shouldn't use the word "civilization". TS said "his people has been around for 35,000 years". So I would like to point out that the Chinese has been around for 1.3 million years.

In any case, the Chinese, the Egyptians, the Mayans etc were among the world's oldest civilizations, established at a time when white men still lived among animals as hunters-gatherers.

You even have to try and put down the Native Americans, it's not a contest you realize? The Native people are actually ancestors of the Asians who probably came across the bering straight, Asians were from the Middle East and the Middle east was from Africa like all humans.

I love that you can't help but to try and always come on top. All human's came from Africa, it's one species. Your ignorance and bias is just sick.

The word "put down" came from your mouth. Not mine. Since this is a "chinese-tools" website, I was giving him a sense of perspective and a "historical timeline" so he knows where his history stands vs China history.

Wrong again. Only you evolved from the lowest life-form, the amoeba.

Right, And "where his history stands vs China history" is in no way insulting and rude....

If you honestly don't see how it is than I understand, I've had many Chinese act in such ways thinking they were just being informative but it is actually very condescending and ignorant that everytime history is mentioned Chinese people feel the need to tell everyone how much older their history is. I would assume that you, as you claim to know Western culture so well, would understand how this looks to everyone else not Chinese.

If everytime people are talking about Ginger cookies I would come over and say "I make cookies too, but mine are much more authentic than these, my recipe is much older." The person who made those cookies is probably going to want to punch me in the face.

That's how most foreigners feel about Chinese history after living here for a couple years. There are a number of cultures that are very old, including a white culture that very little is known about except that it was in the area around the Ukraine, was older than Egypt, had a form of government, religion and cities numbering upwards of 15,000 people. Just white people don't feel the need to go around shoving it in everyone's face all the time like some insecure child.

Actually we all did, unless you're a religious man in which case you might believe a magic man in the sky made us with MAGIC!

Uberche, i have to tell you, my ex, 7 years ago, she is Chinese, just gave me lecture, accused me as a small town crook, with no ambition...

"have you ever seen a CHinese listen to country music or stay home cutting wood all day?"

"where i live in Calgary, everyone works ass off to get bigger house!"

i just think people need to be chill, especially we Chinese, always wanna be #1, so what? even you won the world? after all, why not just live happy and love? instead need to fight each other?

One reason i can interpreter is, Chinese tend to be social Darwinism , stronger the fittest, instead of taking care of weaker one…
