Hey, guys. I made a little research on language abilities of Chinese males and females.

Though, my research was based on Russian-speaking Chinese, I think it reflects overall situation with any language, including English. I strongly recommend to hire girls, and not guys.
My research is based on 3 months of about 200 audio interviews with Russian-speaking candidates.
