What Do You Look For In A Boyfriend or Girlfriend?

I'm writing a paper for school (in Chinese) on what my standards are for a boyfriend; what qualities I'm looking for. Please help me out~!
So far I have: a good heart, a good personality, is nice... But I also need explanations! If you know how to write it in Chinese, please do so! Sorry, only registered users may post in this forum.
