First things first...why will only white people be considered. I am white myself and I've been lucky enough to work with some fantastic brown, black, red and even yellow (if you must go by colour alone!) teachers! It usually indicates the training center has little faith in their product and aren't prepared to convince the racist parents that any native speaker, can potentially teach their native language, as well as any other cracker can! There types of training centers are only ever about the money and how much they can squeeze from the parents.
80 lessons a week? Surely this is a typo?! 16 lessons per day? That's assuming you offer your teachers two full days off, so working a standard 5 day week. I don't doubt your company's sincerity in wanting to treat foreigners well, however 80 lessons a week is way, way, way too many classes to expect any teacher to be able to cope with in 1 week. I've worked in China for over 6 years teaching English, and I've never been expected to teach over 80 hours a MONTH for less than RMB9000. Even if your lessons are 25 minutes long (which is a very rushed lesson) and the teachers have 10 minute breaks between classes. I just can't see how 16 lesson can be taught in one day, without expecting the teacher to work over 40 hours a week. That doesn't even include class preparation time! So I truly hope this is a typo, or else I'd advise any foreigner reading your advert to continue looking for a job that will treat them fairly and not use them as slave labour.
