Hi!
Looking for a Facebook proxy service so I can keep in touch with everyone back home. Stupid firewall! I'd prefer not to go the VPN route because I don't always have my computer with me - sometimes I travel for a week or two and use the computer of the people I'm staying by. So I'd prefer a Facebook proxy. But are there any that really work? My few experiences - trying some when I was in school - show that they don't.

Good, thorough article. Tells what works and what doesn't - and I've tried the proxy they most recommend, and it really does work like they say. I could get on, play games - speed was good. Worth checking out.

And yeah, it's a proxy - so you can use it from any computer.
