I have just upgraded from Windows XP 32 bit to Windows 8.1 64 bit.
When I turn my laptop on and try to sign in, it says password is incorrect. I am using a local user and do not have a password so when I try to sign in and don't enter the password it does not let me sign in.

I believe that many Windows 8.1 users meet similar problem when they login Windows 8.1 laptop. They may create or use a Microsoft account to log in to their new Windows 8.1 operating system when they were stuck by the poorly implemented login procedures.

Actually, we can follow the below images to create a new account to login Windows 8.1 quickly.

Input "users" on the Start Screen and get the search results. Choose the first item in the search results and go to the window below:

If the above can’t help you, take Windows Password Recovery Tool 3.0 that works for Windows 8/7/Vista/XP/Server 2008/2012, etc. to create a new user account or remove Windows 8.1 password quickly! Just 4 easy steps!

Step 1, On an accessible laptop, download Windows 8.1 Password Recovery Tool from site [cutin.de] . Install and then run the tool.
Step 2, Get a blank CD/DVD/USB disk to create a password reset disk by burning its iSO image file into the chosen media.
Step 3, Do BIOS setting for locked computer based on Windows 8.1. Then use the burned disk to reset password or remove password for the locked 8.1 pc.
Step 4, Restart locked computer and login with blank password or create a new user account!

It is wonderful for us to own this Windows 8.1 Password Recovery Tool 3.0 in hands to ensure that we never worry about password forgotten on our Windows computer. Do you and your friends get it?
