A 16-year-old boy armed with a knife confronted the police and wanted to jump the bridge because of family reasons, a 19-year-old girl claimed as the boy’s girl friend and communicated with the boy after being allowed by the police, and kissed him who wanted to jump the bridge and then saved his life.
