Then I found it funny, how Chinese were fast and happy to find mistakes in Western media, but quiet and uninterested in criticizing their own media.

This is not my website. But this is a very new website established to fight back the liars from western media. We appreciate different views and comments, but we hate lies. If we tell lies to the world about western countries. the westerner will also get angries. Don't you think so?

I post this information for the pure purpose that people can get the truth and understand the other country in a correct way. If prejudice and arrogance take the dominance, there will be no real understanding and friendship.

Please, just learn the truth! No imagination, no lies! Liars only bring misunderstanding and hostility!

I know politics is limited here. But I think this maybe a good way to learn how the Chinese think. We are the same with the rest of the world. People show respect and will be respected. If he show hostility, he will only get enemies. If westerners keep treating China as an enemy, it will become true one day! and this is a western conclusion!

regarding the media,

I know Chinese media sometimes keep silence abount some issues. But this is the same in many countries, including western media.

And I appreciate reports and reveals from either domestic or foreign media. But the point is that such reports or reveals should be based on the truth and investigation, instead of an imagination in a far-away place. Honest is the basic professional ethics for reporters, don't you think so? And since a media has many readers, If it cheat, it cheats a lot of people.

So I am not asking to fight western media, i am asking to fight liars. we need reporters to make investigations and tell the truth based on his efforts not his imaginations. Do you agree?

Let's talk about the Nepalese policemen said to be Chinese (as it is 60% of the "lies").
I can believe some news tv or papers in the first hours rush did not take the time to check their sources (it's bad), and they probably changed the pictures or the texts once relized their were wrong. Maybe some of them recognize their mistakes.

But what do you want to say? That there were no Chinese policeman in Lhasa?
The Chinese army was not sent to Lhasa?
There were no riot in Lhasa?

All that your website shows are mistakes yes, but so ridiculously little!
The good point is that thanks to your website, Chinese people take more in more interest in foreign press.

Have you ever been to China? If not, you are expected to come to China, walk around and I am sure your eyes will tell you the truth. It is what you want, right?
With regard to the issue of ANTI-CNN, I'd like to say that if CNN reporting is the truth, we donnot wanna explain anything. But if not, how can Chinese people keep silent? Some but not all CNN reporters are big liars.

As per all you are arguing above, i should say that nobody is completely justicial because in this kind of situation everybody is sort of losing his mind. Neither the western media and some Chinese people is rational about what happened.
There is no need to argue this topic for days but should really think about how could we tell the truth under the veil. It's hard but possible. If anyone above (i don't mean individule but anyone) go aboard and live with the foreigners. Can you tell us what kind of people the westerners really are?

Obviously, CNN are using the wrong pictures. Because some of them are not taken in Tibet at all, the reports with these pictures are misleading. I think Jack Cafery from CNN, as a reporter, shall report everything as it is without any prejudice. So he is a big liar with strong nationalism. According to what he says, we can learn that he is hostile towards China.

I know news people will tryi to get public attention by saying stupid things, but what Cafferty said was distasteful. He only has succeed in proving that he is an ass with 2 mouths. He should apologize for what he had said: insulting Chinese people. But, Chinese are forgiving people. They will forget soon but an apology would be nice.

So what do people think to the bias medias coming from the chinese. Because i see no soldier in there video's but in the canadian news i saw lots of soldiers and trains full of equipment filling into tibet. Why are they not shown in the huge numbers like on the other medias. I think if we take both medias down the middle. Half of what one says and half of what another says and maybe thats the truth?

I try not to be so offended as you did to me. And I may discuss Ireland sometime else, which you still cannot convince me and the rest of the world.

If Tibetant are unhappy now, they are mirerable under Dalai. Dalai used to be the local leader. and at that time the tibetans didn't even has a PERSONAL FREEDOM. They are just the belongings of Dalai, just like sheep,cows etc. how comes they will be happy under Dalai when they are not even a human being legally?

If you still be hesitant to believe, why not come to Tibet to have a look by yourself? As the western proverb goes, SEEING IS BELIEVING. we welcome your visits anytime.

because as a tourist you never see the true people. You come to england what are the chances of you going to an inner city slum. If they were so happy under chinese law how come they're protesting. Also how come they were willing to fight, when they could have accepted your arrival in 1951. But not only fight they fought with muskets and old weapons. Why didn't they run away. No mate it's realy true. Your government supports the Zimbabwee dictator. England is fully agianst him. Zimbabwe used to be our colony and we will see it right as an independabt nation. Gordon Brown has already said he wants a fair vote. That dictator threw Zimbabwe into starvation. I know the white people weren't all tolerent to the blacks but at least the white people fed the people. He gave his soldiers the farm land yet they did not know how to farm. Should have kept the white people a bit longer to teach the blacks before they were massacred and driven out of the country.

I think it is probably true. China has probably always been been involved in Arm sales just like the U.S, Russia, etc. I do not support it of course. The point I am trying to make is I just find it rather convient for it appears in the headline now when they need to make China look bad.

It isn't that fact, because we all know the dealing of the Uk and America in arms deals. The fact is Zimbabwe at this momnet in time is in its democratic elections and the people may get out of there oppression and there starvation.

Excellent article's is true unbiased journalism from a man who tells the truth as it is . I have just arrived back from Zimbabawe , and cannot believe the utter lies and disinformation spewed out on a daily basis by the BBC, and other Western media, regarding the situation there . Things are pretty bad as regards the economy , but the illegal sanctions imposed at the request of British stooge Tsvangirai and his MDC party have made things a thousand time worse for ordinary Zimbabweans. Tsvangira in his desperate quest to get power is prepared to lie ,call for more sanctions etc, but he does not give one damn as regards the consequences. He them uses the effects of the sanctions , he called for in the first place as evidence of a desperate country and it people, to garner support in the Western press, for the removal of MR Mugabe and his ruling party. Mr Mugabe is now paying the price for his land reform policy ,which has seen ,thousands of Zimbabweans been returned to their lands which they were brutally deprived of by mainly British white settlers. Right, where do i start. One the british white settlers could farm. Although we worngly took the land, the white people could farm the land and provide food. When they were, removed so to speak, with murder and violence, Mugabe forgot one thing. The black people had not been taught how to farm. Crops were not grown and no food provided for the country. Also thousand of women and children have not been slaughtered in Iraq or Afganistan and if they have it is by there own people, the jihadists. Mr Mugabe led the country through rough times. The reason England is interested in Zimbabwe is the fact it was one of our colonies. It is apart of the common wealth.

Also our media's aren't allowed to lie to the people. It is illegal to mislead the people. Though i bet the Zimbabwe government don't have such a law, nor do the chinese government.

O by the way i do not get my news from the BBC, i get mine from Channel 4. It is much more trustworthy and does not make mistakes in its reporting or try and make the news less informal.

We are a small country and our news teams are correct. We have had reports from tibetaans who have been forcefully sterilised without anaesthetics. I believe one tibetans has been tortured for three years, one which he described was torture via electricity. They put you in water and put the electric probe in with you in aswell. Meant the burn the whole body, spasming it. An undercover reporter also showed on a religious day hundred of chinese soldiers and police wacthing. Shoving the odd person to say who is superior.

In Zimbabwe we all know what could happen if Mugabe wins. You know the one the chinese back. People taken off the streets, torture, it has been happening for the past decades.

You know what i'd like to say, more shit from the chinese media.

Our view of China is very conditioned by political and hysorical biases.
It is very easy to criticize. I find good your suggestion: see with your own eyes... and think with your own head.
Things are never simply black or white.

I think that CNN aren't liars they are just bias in what they report, but america has different medias to compare with so they are able to reach an equal medium.

China doesn't it is rum by the government and showing the chinese view. *I'm sure they don't tell you that for the construction of the olympics they are forcefully removing people from there homes. No compensation is given. So much to being for the people. At least England, an evil capatalist country pays compensatrion for people to set up in a different area when building the olympic grounds. But china, a people republic doesn't.
