I think I wrote an article here yesterday and suddenly it is gone with no warning from the forum webmaster.

sadly...yes.

why everyone no want to see real account beyond me. sad how world is like this. all we can do is keep spread truth and word. possible someday, people will open they eyes.

I'm the moderator, very busy moderating the forum those days. I probably made some mistakes deleting some posts, sorry for this.
Kind of messages I delete:

Pure advertisment messages:
- links to non related websites;
- multiple (almost identical) messages.

Agressive messages: (this is probably more subjective).
- non-agressive messages which inspired too agressive answers;
- agressive messages and their answers, even though the answers might not be too agressive.
So this can look sometimes unfair as I still have to delete non-agressive messages.

Reasons: Agressive tons and offensive words.
I would have let a messages with the same arguments but without agressivity. For example:

Instead of deleting the whole topic why not just mark the aggressive comment spam like youtube. Readers can choose to unhide and read the aggressive comment.

As for my deleted topic, I think the moderator should reply the topic and challenge it before deleting it. This way it can be judge by the whole community first.

Yes but there are enough tropics coming into the forum already, that would just make it alot harder. They aren't paid lots of money for this i don't think, so they'd want to just delete it. You ask the questions why it was deleted and if it was wrongly deleted restart the topic.

I feel Olive has a strong and valid point on all of this.

We should not come here, a place to discuss kindly with the whole world our thoughts, and vandalize it with harsh words and out of hand fights. We should rather be accomplishing the real goal of this site; to make friends from all over the world and to improve our common ground with other cultures. Not come in here and boast our opinions fiercely, threaten others, and be horribly rude to others.

Olive: thanks for this great oppurtunity! Also, thank you for maintaining this forum in a peaceful manner, and acting promptly on some of the quite rude and out of line behavior I've witnessed here. Your work is much appreciated!

Although, this board is called the china club, it is in fact a multi-cultural board. The proper name should be, Club International.

Instead of being frustrated that yet another board has an agenda, think of it like this. You have a place that you can express yourself freely. Albeit, to a degree, it is still an open forum.

If the users become uncomfortable with the content or the sprit of the board, you will see a mad exodus. Than who will hear you, keep you emotion, for it is good. Just let you message come from a place of understanding. You may even convert someone in the process………..Just a thought.
