As my subject title, I would like to ask about the "raokouling" 鸭和霞. I just started to learn Chinese a few weeks ago, and in the progress of

learning Pinyin, I ran across the "raokouling" 鸭和霞:

天上飘着一片霞，水上飘着一群鸭。
Tiānshàng piāo zhe yīpiàn xiá, shuǐshàng piāo zhe yīqún yā.
In the sky there is a red cloud, on the water there is a herd of ducks.

霞是五彩霞，鸭是麻花鸭。
Xiá shì wǔ cǎixiá, yā shì máhuā yā
That is the five-colored cloud, the ducks are ....

麻花鸭游进五彩霞，五彩霞挽住麻花鸭。
Máhuā yā yóu jìn wǔ cǎixiá, wǔ cǎixiá wǎn zhù máhuā yā.
The ... ducks reach to the five-colored cloud, the five-colored cloud nails ( I am not sure if nails is correct) the ... ducks.

乐坏了鸭，拍碎了霞，分不清是鸭还是霞。
Lè huài le yā, pāi suì le xiá, fēn bù qīng shì yā háishì xiá.
The ducks are wild with joy , the cloud is broken to small pieces, cannot differentiate the ducks and the cloud.

I tried to understand its meaning by looking up in dictionary. I checked in many dictionary but I still do not understand what "麻花鸭“ means? Could

any one help me!
Anyway, I also write down what I understand about this "raokouling". If anyone find it not correct, plz point it out for me.Thanks for your help!

First,I answer your question,'麻花鸭'is kind of duck that often is used to cook with spicy.And I think the raokouling should be:
Tiān shàng piāo zhe yí piàn xiá, shuǐ shàng piāo zhe yì qún yā.
Xiá shì wǔ cǎixiá, yā shì máhuā yā
You just get few mistakes,excellent!
