And I am currently living in Brampton,Canada (Just outside of Toronto)And I was wonder what would be the best way to learn Mandarin. Should I take physical classes in a school,learn online or use language learning software? Which is the easiest and effective method?

I don't know which mandarin level do you want to achieve, if you want to learn officially, then you could go to a school; learning from the software is not good for a beginner, if you learnt mandarin, then you can choose this way; and i recommend you to learn online, cause i am a mandarin teacher with several years' teaching experience, online courses' experience included.
