PLEASE HELP IN TRANSLATING WORDS in a PROGRAM

I want to use google translate for the words in this software, but i can't. I cant copy the words, so i just took a screenshot. I hope someone out there could help me in translating. the picture in attached. THANKS SO MUCH! Sorry, only registered users may post in this forum.
