多 余 的 ， 不 需 要 的
wǒ fā xiàn zì jǐ zài rén qún zhōng shì gè duō yú de rén 。
我 发 现 自 己 在 人 群 中 是 个 多 余 的 人 。（I found myself one too many among people.）

(7) one in a thousand yōu xiù de rén （ huò shì wù ）
优 秀 的 人 （ 或 事 物 ）
wǒ de xiōng di shì wèi yōu xiù rén wù 。
我 的 兄 弟 是 位 优 秀 人 物 。（My brother is a one in a thousand．） 　　

(8) taking one with another zǒng de kàn lái
总 的 看 来
zǒng de lái shuō ， zhè wèi nián qīng rén hái shì gè bú cuò de gōng rén 。
总 的 来 说 ， 这 位 年 青 人 还 是 个 不 错 的 工 人 。（The youth，taking one with another，is a nice worker．）

　(9) from the first shǒu xiān ； mǎ shàng ； lì kè
首 先 ； 马 上 ； 立 刻　　
cóng yì kāi shǐ wǒ jiù rèn shí tā 。
从 一 开 始 我 就 认 识 他 。 （I knew him from the first.） 　
　
(10) first off shǒu xiān ； mǎ shàng ； lì kè
首 先 ； 马 上 ； 立 刻　　
tā men mǎ shàng jiù yào dào wǒ men bàn gōng shì lái 。
他 们 马 上 就 要 到 我 们 办 公 室 来 。(They come to our office first off．)
