2. "yes" (some people use it, but it'd be better if you used liang3, since mao2 is a measure word)
3. yes (note that there is no mao2, hence no measure word to use liang3)
4. no (liang always comes with a measure word)

I just can say all you answer is correct.In different city people have different custom.so ￥2.2，we say
1、liang3 kuai4 er4
2、liang3 kuai4 er4 mao2
3、er4 kuai4 er4
4、er4 kuai4 er4 mao2

but we not say :er4 kuai liang3 ,or er4 kuai4 liang3 mao2.
