Long ma jing shen -
Nian nian you yu - Another year has passed or Hope this year is better than last year

Dictionaries won't help much with sentence construction and idioms formed with characters that has double meanings. These are all four-character idioms and popular "best wishes" offered to one another during the festive season.

Shenti jian kang!
Wishing you good health!

Long ma jing shen 龍馬精神
Meaning: May you be filled with energy and vigor (like that of a dragon-horse)!
Long-ma is basically half-dragon and half-horse, a mythical creature in Chinese folklore (just like a unicorn in Shakespeare's literature). Long-ma can also refer to a person of eminence. Jing-shen means energy, vitality or strength. The character jing 精 can also mean sperm, make sense?

Nian Nian You Yu 年年有鱼
Meaning: May you have many years of abundance!
The "yu" refers to fish 鱼 which is similar sounding to another "yu" written as 余 which means abundance. That's why you see many images of red carps during the new year which signifies "abundance".

I'll do the rest later. Any other Chinese can contribute?
