I guess

你/妳認識她/他嗎? (Nǐ rènshi tā/tā ma?)
Do you know her/him?

means? i'm very confused with this language.

First of all, it's not in any language. It's a romanized form of Chinese called Pinyin or appropriately Hanyu Pinyin!

Secondly, how can you be confused by letters and syllables: Are you confused in English? So why would you be confused about letters, things which have no individual meaning at all on its own?

Third, you should ask, "What language is this [originally] in?"
Answer: It's originally in Chinese, written as 你認識他嗎?[listener is either gender: Do you recognize him?] / 你認識她嗎? [listener is either gender: Do you recognize her?] / 妳認識他嗎?[listener is female: Do you recognize him?]/妳認識她嗎?[listener is female: Do you recognize her?]

你 = you [for male listener or both genders]
妳 = strictly speaking, this doesn't exist, but made for Modern Chinese to easily put "you"[feminine form] on paper. It's hard to recognize the gender when speaking unless based on context.

他 = he / him
她 = she / her
