I would translate it as : All kind of regrets Ahhhhhhhh! Ge4 各mean each, zhong3 种means kinds or types, yi2 han4 遗憾means regrets (the things that did not go well as you wanted them to be, so you are regretting a lot) and na3 呐is a particle to emphasize the feeling you got, na3 itself has no meaning) Hope it helps?
