What is the easiest language to learn for me?

I've spoken English my entire life and I want to learn a second language. I've narrowed it down to a few languages, but I'd be happy to take other suggestions. I'd like to learn Latin, German, French, Dutch, Chinese, Swedish, or Welsh.
If you would, please suggest a way to learn the language, too (personal tutor, Rosetta Stone, etc.). I'm on a budget, too. Edited 1 time(s). Last edit at 12/15/2011 04:53AM by Olive. Re: What is the easiest language to learn for me?What is the easiest language to learn for me?
