Hi. I'm trying to help my grandfather identify a set of six calligraphy panels. So far (with help) I've learned that the text is a poem by Wang Wei, titled 早春行 with the first line "紫梅发初遍".
But I'm stuck on working out the date, the name of the artist and I've got no idea how to read seals.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

cannot see the pictures you posted. But to be frank, the name on the seal is indeed hard to identify because of its unusual type of handwriting.
