I would like to send my mom a card for mother's day. But, my Chinese/Cantonese is very limited. Can someone please help me translate what I'm about to write into Chinese characters?

In Chinese, it is "生活匆匆。我忽然意识到自从我向您倾诉每天实实在在的您，时间已经过去了很久。妈妈，您总是时时出现在我的心目中，我爱您。"
Doing this translation, I made the Chinese version literary,beautiful,poetic and emotionally rich because it will be on a card to your beloved mom.If she can read Chinese, she would be touched by these nice words.
