Could someone help me translate this to my teacher? My Chinese is not good enough for my teacher to understand and she does not know English very well.

Translate: Can I have your permission to be in the class? I do not want a grade for the course, I would just like to learn the language. The reason I did not sign up for the course is because I already have too many classes.

Whoever can translate this into Mandarin, I would appreciate it.
