Dongguan Shenghua Plastic Mould Factory is professional on making quality custom plastic injection moulds and injection moulded parts. We’re located in Dongguan, China and have been making injection moulds for export since 1997.

We have the machines, equipments and staff to process all mould making jobs except deep hole drilling and lathing in house. Our mould shop consists of 5 CNC machines, 10 EDM machines, 8 wire cutting machines, 2 grinding machines and 8 milling machines. The production moulds we export can be guaranteed for the life of 1 millions shots and more.

Our injection shop houses 12 injection machines, ranging from 80 tons up to 250 tons, and we’re capable of undertaking mould test in house for all the moulds that can fit in our 250 ton injection machine. All the large moulds we build for our customers are tested in professional mould test sites.

All the moulds we build for export are according to DME or HASCO standards.

Hot Runner Systems We Use

We mainly use YUDO hot runner systems but we can also use MOLDMASTER, MASTERTIP or HUSKY according to customers’ requirement.

Mould Insert Steels We Use

The mould steels we mostly use include P20, 718/738H, NAK80, 2344, 2316, H13 and S136. These steels can be both imported or China made, depending on customer’s requirements and budget.

Softwares We Use

Our mould engineers and designers are using AutoCAD (2D Modeling), Pro/E (3D Modeling), Solidworks (3D Modeling), MasterCAM (CNC Programming), Moldflow (Mould Flow Analysis). We accept product files with PDF, DXF, DWG, IGS, STP, X_T and SLDPRT extensions.

Where to Test Moulds

For all the moulds that can be mounted on 250 ton injection machine, they will be tested in house. For all the moulds that need to be tested with the machine above 250 ton, they shall be tested in the professional mould test center close to our factory, which is about 20 minutes drive away.
