I don't think experienced buyers would be interested because there is no such a thing as low priced product with high quality. Well...it depends on how you define your "high quality" product.

When it comes to buying commodities in commercial volume, there is no real bargain because basically you get what you pay, unless you buy something from a factory or somewhere where the certain product isn't typically being produced there. For example, it's not a correct buying decision to buy glassware in Guangdong while most of the glassware products are produced economically in Shanxi, Shangdong and Jiangsu.
