Description
We are seeking a GM Assistant to involve the overall day-to-day business, included but not limited business developing assist, representation preparation, clients communication and so on. Work close to GM and colleagues.

This position is for an initial three-month period, which may be extended.

Illustrative Tasks
• Website editing work together with colleagues
• Company profile renew
• Representation prepare (PPT)
• Maintain communication with overseas clients
• Involve conference and finish Minutes

Ideal Qualifications
• At least a 4th-year undergraduate degree, and ideally working toward a graduate degree
• Ability to collect information of clients through a variety of methods, including phone calls, desk reviews
• Expertise in Word, Excel and PowerPoint, photo shop and familiarity with Access
• Excellent writing and speaking skills
• English Speaking and writing is a must.
• Excellent inter-personal and presentation skills

When to start: asap
