SBC offers British Bachelors Degrees taught entirely in English by international teaching staff. SBC has been running since 2006, and the campus is in the French Quarter on Fuxing Zhong Road. A range of Business and Engineering programmes are available from one of 9 UK partner universities. SBC's partner universities include the Universities of Sheffield and Leeds, which are both top 10 universities in the UK and highly ranked in the world.

For Non-Native English speakers, the programmes take 4 years, but for Native or Near-Native English speakers the programme is 3 years, either entirely in Shanghai or with an option to study at one of the 9 UK partner campuses for 1 or 2 years.

In addition to the Bachelors Degrees, SBC’s Year 1 “International Foundation Programme” and SBC’s Year 2 “International Diploma” are both recognised as transferable credit to over 20 high quality universities in the UK. Students who do not perform well in their SAT’s, A Levels or Baccalaureate, are most welcome to apply for SBC’s Year 1 International Foundation programme, which will provide access to a university degree.

Students are encouraged to take Mandarin modules at the same time as studying for their degree. Exciting opportunities for internships with multinational companies are also available.
