N.Y. Institute of Technology to Open 'American-Style' College in China

Beijing — The New York Institute of Technology has joined hands with the Nanjing University of Posts and Telecommunications to establish what the institute is calling “the first American-style undergraduate program” in China.

According to a news release issued on Wednesday by the institute, China's Ministry of Education has financed the construction of an ultramodern campus for the Nanjing University of Posts and Telecommunications, and has dedicated a separate, contiguous complex for the New York Institute of Technology. The program will initially offer four degree programs, with enrollment expected to increase to 6,000 students.

When is the intake? Will they teach in English or Chinese or both? l would love to be one of the students.
