The best way to learn English by self is by watching English movies, reading English novels and short stories and chatting with English speaking people and if you encounter any words that are new to you or are not easy to understand, then refer to oxford dictionary. If you follow these tips as a routine, then you will find a drastic improvement in 6 months. Or else finding a tutor is good as an option, but to get a good one, practically is not that easy. You can give a shot for the tutor, but you may not know how much it helps.
