Mandarin Tutor & Chinese Teacher

My name is Cindy Zhou. I am a native Chinese, 32 years old. I live in suburban Beijing. Previously I had been working as an interpretator for a company in Beijing for five years, providing interpretation services at various situations. My English speaking and writing skills are both above average. I have up to seven years experience under my belt as an interpretator and translator and have dealt with foreign businessmen from north America, Australia and Europe. I am patient and full of fun. I grew up in northern China and have lived in Beijing for 8 years. I can speak perfect Mandarin. About two years ago, I quit my full-time job and began to work as a freelance translator and online Mandarin tutor. Previously I had given Chinese lessons to some foreign students in my city. Later I decided to offer one-to-one online Chinese courses via skype or QQ. P.S. I have some experience teaching basic Chinese, including Pinyin and pronunciation, Chinese characters, basic sentence patterns, syntax and daily conversation. I offer tailor-made courses to mandarin learners at different levels. For senior learners, I offer Chinese courses in Business Chinese, grammar, email writing and telephone Chinese. I can also teach some Chinese culture or rituals.

I charge fees on an hourly basis. For the first ten lessons, I charge 50 RMB/hr (US$ 7.365/hr). After that, I charge 40 RMB/hr. Before each lesson, I will send you an email detailing the things I will teach in the coming lesson. If you already have learning materials then I will prepare leasons according to your needs.

As for payment method, you can remit money to my bank account (I have bank accounts in China's four major state-owned banks) or pay me via 支付宝（alipay in English, the transactions is conducted via a Chinese e-commerce website, taobao.com）.
