Beijing 2008... Fantastic!!

The Beijing Olympics has successfully shown the world the superiority of the Chinese. The paralympics particularly has once again moved the hearts of many through dancing, singing and the olympic spirit of the disabled.

Samsung corporation which has penetrated into China are receiving warm responses with their Olympics sponsorship management.

Recently, a number of media and netizens are distorting baseless stories and fostering anti-Korean sentiments and this will only hurt bilateral relations that have been developed over the last 16 years.

The Chinese government and its people deserve genuine acclaim for their show of high-caliber Chinese culture and ideology.

The Beijing Olympics was the best Olympics in recent history. I do not remember the last opening ceremony that made my jaw drop to the ground as much as the one in Beijing did. There's a funny essay on Clavis Sinica about how the Bird's Nest could be mistaken for an extraterrestrial ship (http://www.clavisinica.com/fa-list.html). I think the Bird's Nest is very unique and beautiful and hope to visit it one day.

London will have a hard time in putting up a great show in the 2012 Olympics. Beijing Olympics clearly raised the bar when it comes to hosting the Olympics.

This is an old post but since I saw it I thought there was something new to say about the olympics that were in Beijing.

It was awesome, the opening ceremony was the best in Olympic history and will be something for Brazil to try to compete with.

The Chinese dominated gymnastics and it was such a joy to watch.

I can't wait for Brazil.
