Asia “rebalancing”

With the beginning of the global financial crisis in 2008, it was obvious that the United States are unable to cope with the role of world leader. New players appeared on the world stage. In March of 2009 people of China began to call their country a superpower, causing considerable concern of Washington about USA’s hegemony. At the end of 2011 the administration of B. Obama decided to return USA in Asia-pacific region and to shift the focus of U.S. foreign policy efforts from the fight against terrorism and Middle East rebuilding to the more traditional questions of “containment – involvement – balancing” in East Asia.
On Мarch 11, 2013US National Security Advisor T.Donilon declared holding the “rebalancing” will realize through five directions:
1. Strengthening of its alliances in Asia
2. Consolidation of the partnership with developing countries
3. Building a constructive relationship with China
4. Strengthening of regional organizations
5. The promotion of trade and investment in the Asia-Pacific region
Despite the declaration of building partnerships with the countries in the region, the United States stake to maintain combat readiness and advanced deployment of the armed forces of the Pacific Fleet in the Asia-Pacific region. However, the U.S. political and military leadership has intention to develop naval anti-missile defense system AEGIS, stood on boards of TICONDEROGA class cruisers and ARLEIGH BURKE class destroyers. Nowadays there are 75% of the ships in the Pacific Ocean, they are equipped with multifunctional combat information and control system AEGIS. Naval AMD has advanced mobility; it can be shifted into a zone of potential conflict in a short time.
U.S. Deputy Defense Secretary M. Creedon declared Washington's readiness to establish wide regional anti-missile defense infrastructure in the Pacific region – similar to the European anti-missile defense system. U.S. policy of returning to the Asia-Pacific region leads to the weakening of security in the region and spurs countries to invest in improving their own military potential in case of emergency.

[b]I can speak mandarin with the standard pronunciation, worked as a teacher for 2 years. Previous and present students are from Korea, Australia, Brazil, France, Italy, Singapore,India, Spain, Canada, Japan, England and America, etc. I offer Chinese class by one on one, also group class or corporation training according to the learners’ needs. I arranged tailor-made Chinese classes for learners in different levels. Many clients have kept studying with me for one year or more than one year. Lots of students still continue their Chinese with me when they come back to China again .I am confident to say that I can point out what problems the Chinese learners have. So I always talk about the familiar mistakes with them in order to avoid the ordinary errors when they speak and write. They have obvious improvement after having the classes with me. Many students thought some sentences in the book were not practical in their life .So we should learn to speak contemporary word and sentences, not as those ancient people. Come to me and take a lesson with the following contact for the practical Chinese.

The Heating Problem of Southern China in The Winter

                                                                                             Created By Judy F. Liu

Increasingly, we, especially the people who live in Southern China are beginning to face up the reality of global warming, which means as a consequence of a warming climate, extreme heat and cold, blizzards, droughts and heavy precipitation will occur.
The winter is especially cold this year, and unlike Northern China, there is no centralized indoor heating in Southern China, where the residents have to find their own ways to keep warm inside the houses, such as using air conditioners and portable heaters. But, there are a great deal of people who have to live in the cold, in order to save money. So there are many people who joke and say that Southern people mainly “rely on shaking” to keep warm in the winter.

In order to deal with this situation, the requirement of implementing collective heating in Southern areas has become to a hot topic.

It seems as if there are a lot of advantages of collective heating; firstly, it can increase the employment rate due to the fact that the construction of a variety of basic heating facilities will be essential, as a consequence GDP will rise. Secondly, it can foster the development of iron and steel industry and its upstream and downstream industries. And finally, the most important point is that people will not need to tremble in the cold.

But, collective heating also has its infeasible factors:

The first problem—the requirement of heating time in Southern China is far below the Northern areas. A lot of companies are willing to do this business in the North since it’s profitable. In the Southern areas, however, it is difficult to imagine any companies are willing to do this only around two-or-three-months business each year, because it’s unprofitable.

Secondly, the wall structures of the buildings in Southern China are different from the North’s. The walls of Northern structures are thicker. This is not to say that the quality of buildings in the South is poor, their walls are thinner only because they are built to suit to the natural climate conditions. In Northern China, the winter is relatively longer, colder and windy. The design of the buildings in such weather conditions requires warmth as their mainly factor. But in Southern China, the summer is relatively longer, hotter and humid. In this case, the buildings there are mainly designed to ensure good heat radiation and ventilation.

So, the thin walls of the buildings in Southern China are another barrier of the implementation of central heating.

Thirdly, if some companies are willing to do this business in the South, they must find ways to make it profitable. That is to say, they definitely would pass the high cost and high expenses onto the consumers. And these costs will certainly be much higher than the expenditures of making heat by users themselves. Do you think there will be any consumers who would like to do so?

In addition, a lot of heating stations, otherwise known as the boiler rooms in the North, will be needed to build in the South. But in this era of “Land GDP”, it’s difficult to imagine which local government would like to offer these huge lands to build boiler rooms.

So, the possibility of central heating in the South is very small. Although I personally hope that it would be done, so that I won’t need to use air-conditioning to manage my own website.

Ping i20 irons: the newest and the best ones

I am a golfer, I like to play with my friends, and I also like to collect some new golf clubs. ANd today I want to introduce you the newest and best golf clubs from Ping, the i20 irons. The Ping i20 irons are a multi-material, progressive set. The longer irons are slightly larger, more forgiving and produce a high launch, whilst the smaller irons feature less offset and improved control.

The i20 irons for sale feature a low-glare satin finish. Tungsten weights in the toe of the irons elevates the i20's forgiveness, whilst a new stabilising bars and thicker face offer precise distance control and solid feel. A vertical Custom Tuning Port in the back of the face positions the centre of gravity to optimise ball flight

Ping's CEO and Chairman, John Solheim said "The stabilising bars and the thicker face offer great feel and ensure that golfers can hit to precise yardages. cheap golf clubs Distance control is an absolute must for better players, but precision is going to help anyone lower their scores."

Titleist 913 Drivers is most golf clubs in recent
Golf is a sport with ever-changing tools. There are drivers, putters, balls, towels, bags, socks, grips and everything in between. Without question that all golfers understand the importance of securing a good set of best price golf clubs. Every major golf club manufacturer is trying to beat the other one and that is usually accomplished by being the first at doing something, creating groundbreaking innovations.

I often keep an watchful eye on what the latest club is and when it would be officially lanched. Several weeks ago, I was excited about the coimng of Titleist 913 D3 Driver and now have put them into my trying list. Today, the Cobra AMP Cell driver take my fancy, either, which will come into use in early February of next year. Among the two latest drivers, which will take my heart more?

According to Dan Stone, Vice President of Research and Development for Titleist, the new 913D2 and 913D3 drivers offer the highest performance of any adjustable drivers on the market, particularly when it comes to speed and forgiveness. Every serious golfer, from tour players to amateurs of all skill levels, will experience more distance potential and better driving performance with 913(http://www.buygolfclubsuk.com/buy-Titleist-913-D3-Driver-UK-1144.html). If it really is, then there is no need to worry if it suits me.

Featuring a high-speed, forged face insert, the new Titleist 913 D2 Driver and 913D3 drivers are the fastest, most consistent drivers Titleist has ever designed, delivering maximum ball speeds over a large area of the face. They are also Titleist's most playable and forgiving drivers, primarily the result of improved launch conditions from a lower, more optimal center of gravity (CG) position, a new rear SureFit Tour weight and the fitting precision provided by the SureFit Tour adjustable hosel.

Cobra AMP Cell Driver: According to official description, its ideal handicap is improved to all handicaps. If it really is, then there is no need to worry if buy golf clubs uk suits me. Puma-Cobra did studies on how often golfers play the wrong loft with their driver and the numbers were astonishing; people are usually hitting with an incorrect loft. Also, golf course conditions change and your swing can change day to day. Maybe you're hitting it lower on Saturday than you were on Sunday and you can simply click that bad boy to a 10.5 and now you're getting the most out of your clubhead. Simple, simple, simple.

The AMP CELL irons have a progressive face and cavity design that makes the longer irons easier to hit and the shorter irons easier to control. The internal cell weighting also enables precise CG placement, moving weight from the face and body to create perimeter weighting which positions the CG behind the Sweet Zone to provide a higher MOI for greater forgiveness. The V-Skid sole combines a higher bounce leading edge with heel toe relief, resulting in a sole that is versatile for better players, yet forgiving for mid and higher handicappers. This works with the vibration management system to reduce unwanted vibration and sound for exceptional feel.
