Temple of Heaven

The place which was visited yearly by the emperors who performed intricate rituals to insure a good harvest for the whole nation at ancient times.

Great Wall (Mutianyu)

This less-crowded section of the Great Wall is a pleasant drive 90km NE of Beijing. A cable car takes you to a good section (avoiding a very steep climb), where you can walk along the wall, through the watch towers and enjoy superb views as it snakes across the hills and mountains. You can return by cable car, walk down or walk along the wall for about an hour to descend by chairlift. Wear good walking shoes and protection from the weather.

Guilin

Guilin is regarded in China as the country's most picturesque city. Two crystal-clear rivers meander through the city, which are encircled by mountains with unusual & bizarre rock formations and caves.

Reed Flute Cave

Elephant Trunk Hill

At the confluence of Li River and Peach Blossom River in the southwest of Guilin city. It is a national 4A scenery spot. The Water Moon Cave is close to the river. The water flows through it and the cave looks like a moon floating in the water. The stone drooped into the water like an elephant drinking the water of the Li River.

Fubo Hill

Where you can see lots of Buddha statues left about 1000 years ago in the Returned Pearl Cave and have a birds' eye view of the whole city after climbing up to the very top.

Longji rice terraces

Longji means "Dragon's Backbone". When climbing to the top of it and looking down on the nearby terraced rice fields, you will have the feeling that you are standing on the dragon's back as the terraced rice paddies look like the shining scales of the dragon.

Li River Cruise

Along the river, you will be inspired by the breathtaking views of peaks and pinnacles, crystal-clear water and reflections in the water together with the serene pastoral views of rice paddies and water buffaloes. You will certainly feel like you are walking into a traditional Chinese painting by cruising on this wonderful river.

West Street

A busy and exotic slate street in Yangshuo County, about 2km long crammed with shops, pubs, cafes and hotels, where you can relax yourself and do some souvenir shopping.
