Located 25km to the south of Yangshuo along the Li river , Xingping is one of the most beautiful old villages in the area. Its ladnscapes have inspired poets and painters for centuries and one of the river's bends has been chosen by the Chinese central bank to appear on the 20 yuan bank note.

The village's main street, with its typical architecture, leads to the banks of the Li river. Small boats are used by the villagers to cross the river and a small trail leads to the guesthouse.
After having strolled alongside orchards, stables and vegetable gardens, crossed paths with water carriers and met with shepherds, the delighted tourist leaves behind him the village and gets inside the inn.

The different buildings are spread around the estate, between the grapefruit trees and the passion fruit trees. Overlooking the vegetation, nothing blocks the view from the balconies except the lush green vegetation, and at a distance the mountains.
