Vanessa Yao from Australia has won the Miss Chinese Cosmos Pageant of Oceanian contest on Tuesday August 18, 2009 at the Lyric Theatre, Sydney. She will represent Oceania to compete in the 2009 Miss Chinese Cosmos Pageant final in Macau this October.
