Dear Sir/Mdm,

I am providing guardianship to children studying in Singapore. We have available bedroom in our beautifully furnished and modern apartment. I will be your trusted guardian and family to your client's child / children studying in Singapore.

We are a loving Chinese, upper middle class family. I am a full time home tutor holding a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing Management.

We have one 4-room Apartment (1-4 bed vacancies at the moment) - less than 1min walk to Tiong Bahru MRT Station
