Hello everyone! I thought this game would be a good way to have fun with Chinese characters.
Rules: * One entry per person per day * Enter two Chinese characters only (avoid pinyin, unless absolutely necessary) The association of your two characters with the previous two characters must be clearly understood. If it is obscure or stretched, you can show how smart you are by giving a brief explanation. Association is typically made from Meaning or from Borrowing (a character). Remember to increase the character size of your entry to extra-small/small to make viewing easier. I will start with… 快乐 音乐
The 乐 character is the link with the previous Two-Character Association but has a different meaning and pronuncitation. - 音乐 (yīn yuè) music - 快乐 (kuài lè) happy But how one could be happy without music... One will certainly need these to appreciate the pleasant sounds.
