[Grammar] Chinese word order

Hi, i am having difficulties in understanding chinese word order, is anyone willing to explain it to me?

You'll need to learn grammar; there's no way around that (in learning any foreign language).

Note: I didn't mean to sound terse but your question is so vague that it's like asking "could someone teach me all there's to know about Swahili in five minutes or less." If you come up with specific examples, for sure someone here will help you.

The sentence structure is the same as English: Subject, Verb, Object. Example: 我吃饭 (I eat rice). It gets tricky when you add words to make questions and indicate time - for example: 你什么时候吃饭?That means "when do you eat" but in chinese the word order would be "you when eat?" Another example: 我明天吃饭.That is "Tomorrow I eat" - but the chinese word order is "I tomorrow eat". Get it?
