Mandarin Garden is a leading Mandarin-learning institute in China that aims to spread Chinese culture and offer you practical and professional Mandarin courses. Our goal is that create a global exchange of international Chinese and Chinese culture.
Our Tai Chi teaching Step:
1. Introduction to Taiji and a performance by the teacher
As a special kind of martial art, Taiji has its own characteristics, which requires one to strike the weakest place of the enemy, use a rival's power against him and seek truth from facts. Students will get an overview of Taiji and observe their teacher's performance.
2. Practice Taiji moves
Before the rival moves, one should move promptly, make the rival involved and weightless, then move in and strike back. This is the basic principle of Taiji. The teacher will aim to sharpen participants' reaction, speed and strength.
