I want talk about Triad's

Triad 三合会 is a term that describes many branches of Chinese underground society and/or organizations based in Taiwan, Hong Kong, Macau and also operating in mainland China, and countries and cities worldwide with significant Chinese populations such as San Francisco.
Their activities include drug trafficking, contract murder, money laundering, gambling, prostitution, car theft, extortion, and other forms of racketeering. A major source of triad income today comes from the counterfeiting of copyrighted and trademarked goods such as clothing, computer software, music CDs and movie VCDs/DVDs. They also trade in bootleg tobacco and alcohol products.

I want to know about nowadays.

in china mainland, underground society like "三合会" is illegal. and the government doesn't allow it to exist.
communism won't allow things like that.
for now, things like that are mainly connected to the local government and power.but they are not Mafia-style organization, they don't have its own laws and complicated levels.we call this kind of underground organization “黑社会性质的非法组织".
