Why do the Chinese love spitting?

Hi,

I have a question about spitting. Why do the chinese make themselves look terriable by spitting in public?

It can spread all kinds of virus and disease do please tell me why they do this.

In addition why is it they all seem so rude on the bus a push and barge their way past you?

LOVE?So,This is a thread about LOVE,like it.
Let's think about some solutions.

Spitting
You can spit in a more disgusting way and kill all of them with you lethal virus,"Hey ,spit man, show your worst".
Or wear a mask, write on your T shirt "I am a H1N1 carrier, you probably been infected when you open you mouth ,Plz go to the nearest hospital after you read this notice."

Pushing and Barging
Eat,eat more ,when you fat enough,no one can pass you in a narrow bus,
Another option is just the same, eat ,eat tons of garlic, nobody would approach you.By they way garlic can kill the virus when some one spit to you.

(that's a joke)

Chinese usually only apply their Etiquette to people of guanxi. All strangers will be treated like they don't exist. Spitting, pulling out a booga, casually farting and burping, scratching ass, pulling down pants to take a piss or poop to them is all ok in front of strangers. If a person falls down and breaks some bones, ignore the injured person on the floor, remember that no guanxi means they should be treated like they don't exist.

It is very rude to point out their flaws too. If a person enters the lift and rips out a nasty fart. It is very rude to look like you are holding your breath with expressions of disgust. Breathe like nothing happened no matter how smelly it is. (But I don't care how rude I am to their prespective, you fart so openly in a lift you deserve to get looks of disgust!)

This is China. Its a place where they don't care if strangers suffer. And they will take strangers as a rude ass for pointing out their excretions. You don't matter to them so why should they care what you think. You need to have gunaxi in order to tell them off but once when you get the guanxi they will apply all their etiquettes when they see you which makes it almost impossible to tell them off.

By all means, let's NOT.

In the places i've lived, there's always a percentage of the population that isn't very refined, not well-educated, not well-mannered, not very considerate of others. So, there's no reason to pick on China. I'm very tired of the women-bashing/US-bashing/China-bashing that seem to be main staples of our post diets here.

hehehehe, well. it reminded me something. once when my friends and i were in a lift from floor1 to ktv in floor4. a middle-aged uncle came in on floor2. suddenly he farted loudly,i promise i tried very very hard but just couldn't help laughing out --! and the uncle was really embarrassed--!--! you know, actually it's me not him was thought to be rude. one of my friends rescued me and him with saying that, well, uncle, everyone knows what you ate for dinner now. so everyone in the lift laughed.
some are really rude, but some never intend to do that just because it's not easy to control sometimes i think. and people around pretended there's nothing happened just show their etiquette not to laugh at him/her like me--!(up to certain points, this because people think farting can't be controlled sometimes, not for rude people's cases)
but spitting is really bad, very very bad,so is pissing everywhere(especially so called old uncles).and you are definitely right to point it out,you know, sometimes people don't say anything because they don't wanna get in trouble(most i point out when with friends, but by myself,a little afraid to do so),and all good people will actually appreciate your deed even though they don't say anything, if some one gives you bad remarks,it means he/she is nasty,so no need to care about them.

ps: my hometwon is hunan, most people(almost every one)eat 槟榔,that's a bad habit. my mom quitted after she worked in a 槟榔 company for a short time,it's really dirty. i don't eat it because its taste is bad for me-<-

the fist time I knew 槟榔 is around 15,an aunty ate this and smoked a lot, some times she felt embarrassed to eat it infront of us(because all kids just kept quite and stared at her and her 槟榔,that's new for us),so she went another room ,smoked and ate alone.
after around 4 years, she died of throat cancer. My mom definitely blamed that aunty's death on 槟榔(because in her acquaintances ,only this aunty eat it,and her other acquainted smokers SEEMS healthy)

well,i know something about why hunan people started eating 槟榔, it's a nice legend. but yeah,it causes many terrible diseases. most people think
smoke+alcohol are horrible killers,and if adding 槟榔,even worse --!

cool smiley

。。。。sad smiley
