Can someone help me translate the chinese text on this old pasport of my grandfather.. he died before I was born, and I never learned to speak or read chinese... Now im trying to build my family tree.. and I would really love if I can find out what is written (in chinese) on his pasport...

Hi, I managed to find some of the characters which should give a general idea of what it means. From what I can understand it says something to do with a persons record and says something about their surname.

?身籍職? 姓
徵量貴?? 名
