I received a gift recently - a box full of different sorts of tea. Among them was this little bag that makes absolutely no sense to me as it's only inscribed in Chinese, and I can't understand a Hanzi of Chinese. The bag's contents aren't helping either as there are all sorts of things inside and none of them are leading to any good guesses. So I have absolutely no idea what all those things are and what to do with them.

Could somebody please translate what the inscriptions on the bag are saying?

Oh, and is there an expiration date hiding somewhere among those characters? That would be good to know too.

Those are Chrysanthemums [From the Latinized Greek word meaning "Golden flower": From Greek: Chrys-[Gold / golden] + -anthemon [singular neuter noun form of "flower"] is singular in Greek. In Latin, they changed the Greek suffix -on into -um!]. The -s from English makes it plural. So instead of being all Greek to me, it's now Greek, Latin and English at the same time!!!
Those are THREE Chinese characters, not ONE. No, it does not mean "tea"
紅 = red
草 = grass
坊 = workshop; windmill
