Could someone translate this picture from Chinese to English please?

I want to buy an old Chinese pot that has this stamp on the bottom. Could anyone please help me to translate it?

There are four words in them. one means year, the other three, please google them

The 2 characters on the right are 'Qian2 Long2', the name of a pretty famous Chinese emperor, Qing dynasty, maybe? I forget. Then the 2 on the left probably refer the the year of his rule in which it was made, the top one being 'year'.
