According to [en.wikipedia.org], Findus is a Scandinavian company. So in Scandinavian languages, Findus = FEEN-DOOS. Now, try to find some Chinese characters which has ALMOST the same pronunciation in Mandarin. Hmm... There's no "FEEN" sound in Chinese, closest is FEN, which is any number of characters. DOOS: From "Indus", the Indian river, in Chinese it is, 印度[Yin-du, minus the final -s sound, that is.], so DU / DOO sound in Chinese is most likely taking the 度 character.
For the -s sound, it's most likely 斯, if the name is more masculine or neuter, and 絲 if the name is more feminine. Findus = X度斯 or X度絲, where X is the chosen word with the FEEN sound, representing the "Fin" of "Findus".

Check online Chinese dictionaries for "Fin"/"FEEN" sound characters. FEN in Chinese = 芬, 分, etc...
