Need something translated

I bought a tea set for someone while I was in China recently. It has some writing on it, and I was able to get a general idea of what it says, but I'd like to get a complete translation of it. I would incredibly appreciate it if someone would be willing to translate it for me. I'm even willing to pay for a translation if I know it will be correctly done.

The translation of Chinese couplets is always a hard nut to crack. The Alliance is"唯有牡丹真国色",the second line is "花开时节动京城". the scroll reads is "国色天香". It means the peony is the most beautiful flowers,it will Shook the country when the peony bloom. "国色天香" Is summarized the two
